These Terms of Use are the agreement that governs your use of the Shiftyn app and services. By using Shiftyn you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
01Acceptance of Terms
Shiftyn (the "Service") is provided by Kamil Yarbaşı ("we"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you register on behalf of a team, you represent that you are authorized to bind that team.
03Your Account
- You are responsible for providing accurate and current information.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
04Subscriptions & Billing
Shiftyn offers free plans and paid subscription plans:
- Solo Free — free, includes ads.
- Solo Pro — paid individual subscription, ad-free.
- Team Free — free, limited team features.
- Team Pro — paid per-team subscription, full team features.
Current prices are displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
Trial period
For Pro plans, a 7-day free trial starts automatically on registration. If you do not cancel during the trial, the subscription converts to the paid version.
Auto-renewal
All paid subscriptions renew automatically. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your App Store or Google Play account will be charged for the period. Payments and renewals are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play through your store account.
Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the store you purchased from (Apple or Google); because we do not process payments, refund requests must be made directly through the relevant store.
05Acceptable Use
When using the Service you agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws or infringe the rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Overload or abuse the Service in a way that disrupts its normal operation.
- Reverse-engineer or reproduce the Service without authorization.
06Content & Data Ownership
The data you enter into the Service (shifts, plans, team information) belongs to you. You grant us permission to process this data so we can provide the Service to you. When you delete your account, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Shiftyn brand, software, and design belong to us, and these terms grant you no ownership rights over them.
07Service Availability
The Service is provided "as is". We cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, but we strive to provide a reliable, continuous service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.
08Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Shiftyn is a scheduling tool; you and your team remain ultimately responsible for compliance with working-time, overtime, and labor-law obligations.
09Termination
You may end this agreement at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these terms.
10Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes we will notify you within the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
11Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. As a consumer, any mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence remain reserved.
