You can delete your Shiftyn account and all associated data at any time.
01How to delete your account
Open the app, go to the Profile tab, and choose "Delete Account". Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately.
02What gets deleted
Your account, profile, shifts, plans, leave requests, and team memberships. Deleted data is fully removed from our backups within 30 days at the latest.
03Can't access the app?
Email us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, and we will process the deletion for you.
04A note on subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription billed by Apple or Google. To stop billing, cancel separately in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
